every aspect is an opportunity to emphasize the couple’s style (and lifestyle!) together -
which is exactly what Erica & Jay accomplished with flying colors!

The JW Marriott’s Calusa Terrace features stunning views of open skyline and gorgeous waterfront.
It paired perfectly with the fresh citrus and organic wicker of the ceremony decor.
Tom Trovato is always bringing such creativity to his work!

Everywhere we looked all day, there were fresh florals - Tom Trovato knows how to use a space!

The Calusa Ballroom at the JW Marriott offered the perfect amount of space for Erica & Jay’s guests to gather.
To spice it up, Mobile Sound Entertainment added the whimsical lighting!

This month’s wedding is incredibly memorable for us, and we’re excited to share it with you!
It had all of the ingredients for an amazing day:
Blushing bride & handsome groom? Yep!
Ridiculously gorgeous floral? Got it.
Professional and charismatic emcee and DJ? Definitely!
Detail-oriented coordinator to make it all run smoothly? Check!

Oh, and the photography team wasn’t bad, either 🤣

The ceremony was hosted on the Palms Pool Deck at the Sanibel Harbour Marriott -
complete with its gorgeous namesake palm trees and lush florals!

Emcee DJ Tommy provided such a memorable evening to the couple and their loved ones!

DJ Tommy opened up the party with his CO2 cannon - such a fun surprise!

Mindy & Ryan

If there’s anything we’re most passionate about when it comes to weddings,
it’s definitely the idea that the big day is just that: a wedding!
It’s not a dress rehearsal (no re-do’s!), or a staged show (although there might be one thrown in the mix at the reception), and it’s not a studio photoshoot.
It’s a real, live event, full of moments and memories that go by at lightning speed -
and we’re there to help capture it all.
That was Mindy & Ryan’s main concern during our initial call:
they didn’t want stale, staged, tired photography, and they didn’t want the day to feel like a photoshoot.
They were getting MARRIED!
Enter: MSP.

Mission? Accomplished. See below!

Mindy’s hair and make-up were done by Charlotte & Co - a super talented beauty team
we’ve worked with before at the Hyatt (see Allison & Todd’s blog!).
We’re always excited when they are on the team, as they’re so dang good!

In case you can’t tell from how calm, cool, and collected everyone looks, this was SUCH a smooth
wedding day. With all the details in place, CocoLuna executed on delivering a laid-back,
enjoyable experience for the couple and their loved ones…
(the beauty of the Hyatt didn’t hurt either).

The aesthetic of the event design was simple, clean, and fresh.
With all-white florals, lush greenery, and an emphasis on the natural environment surrounding them,
Mindy & Ryan kept things really elegant (with help from Something Bloomed).

Morgan & Will

When you think of a beach wedding, on an island, what do you think of?
We think of palm trees…
Lush, tropical greenery…
Brilliant sunset…
And most of all, romance!

Morgan & Will checked every single one of those boxes with their October event.
Jet Set Wed was the creative mind behind their event design,
and vendors like Kaleidoscope Floral, Sweetified, and Script Me Pretty helped set the stage
for their ultimate dream wedding at South Seas, Captiva Island.

The best part? MSP was there to capture all the beauty!

Can we just pause for a second to appreciate the stunning hair design Morgan had done by Duality Artistry?

We don’t see such lush locks on a groom often, and we have to say: we’re here for it!
Will couldn’t wait to see his sweetheart, Morgan!

South Seas Island Resort offers the most stunning ceremony (and reception!) views
on Captiva Island. Jet Set Wed took our breath away with the natural elements of the ceremony design -
perfectly complimenting the scenic views!

With the ceremony behind them, it was time for Morgan & Will to enjoy their luxury-meets-organic
outdoor reception. With cake and cocktails under the tent to follow, we were absolutely in love
with every angle and thoughtful detail of the setting!
